• Allow you to use this system to book your aircraft
• Make reasonable efforts to ensure the continual operation of the service
• Make reasonable efforts to respond to bugs (faults) that you report
• Consider your requests to add additional functions to the system, provided that they are related to the booking of aircraft
• Protect your personal data including name and e-mail address from internet users 
• Protect your personal data including name and e-mail address from users of this system who are not members of your flying group
• Only disclose the fact that your flying group uses this system if you explicitly permit that disclosure by entering an internet address (url)
• Log and audit the use of the system including access and data changes as we deem necessary for the purposes of system administration

• Provide and maintain your real name in your membership data
• Provide and maintain your current e-mail address in your membership data
• Maintain in the system these details for other members of your group (if you are an administrator of your flying group)
• Protect your data by changing your initial password to a non-obvious password and take precautions to protect that password, including changing it from time to time
• Use the Export functionality provided by this system to download copies of your bookings data as frequently as you consider necessary to back up your bookings
• Advise Goboko.Ireland Ltd of bugs (faults) that you find in the bookings system

Goboko Ireland Ltd reserves the right to suspend your use of the booking diary if

• You do not provide and maintain in the system your real name
• You do not provide and maintain in the system a verifiable e-mail address
• You use the system for purposes other than the booking of your aircraft
• We can not independently verify the existence of the aircraft you propose to book with this system
• We can not independently verify that your aircraft or group are based at the location you specify
• No member of your group accesses the system for a period of one month
• No member of your group makes an aircraft booking for a period of three months

Under no circumstances, including, but not limited to, negligence, shall Goboko Ireland Ltd its officers and its members be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the goboko.com booking diary. If you are dissatisfied with any of the site’s functionality or content, or with any of Goboko Ireland Ltd's terms and conditions for the use of this site, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using this booking system. The financial liability of goboko.com shall in any case be limited to any consideration accepted by us from you for your use of the goboko.com booking diary
